The BPO employers in the country should be more vigilant to prevent any attempt at dishonouring a female at work. They would do well to place hidden cameras in the office workplaces and constantly monitor the visuals through close-circuit television sets. If any untoward incident is sensed necessary action may be taken immediately to abort such miasbehaviours. It is a shame that some men working at a Generation-Y service industry like BPO have the sick mindset of commodifying female colleagues.
