There is a need to enforce changes in the social outlook towards women to allow them to be inducted into the mainstream of scientific research. It is far from the truth that women are not willing to work beyond scheduled hours. Neither do they lack in the skills of in-depth science study. The faster the university and science institute authorities understand this the better. Human resources, after all, cannot be let to get wasted on the invalid ground of sexual discrimination.
