Comedy is certainly ruling the roost on both the small screen and the silver screen. Sajid Khan, Shekhar Suman are household names, thanks to their small screen antics. The Great Indian Laughter Challenge has proved to be a good breeding ground for potential comedians, like Sunil Pal, Ehsan Qureshi, among others. Raju Srivastav has experienced a revival of sorts through this comedian hunt. And thanks to Priyadarshan, comedies like ‘Hera Pheri’, ‘Hulchul’, ‘Hungama’, and ‘Garam Masala’ etc. are setting the big screen ablaze.
