Quota-unquota

It is a shame for the country where the sensex is reflecting the upward surge of the economy almost every day to be having job quotas for minorities. It is disgraceful yet again for the country’s polity to having to stick to job reservations, to win votes, caring a fig for economic development and social integrity. Now, it would a sin if the private sector is also forced to recourse to job quotas for minority communities, deprioritising relevant rational qualifications.
