Politics Of Error

There is a sinister sense of tragedy in comedy of errors in Bihar. Bihar politics is characterised by dogged sectarianism coupled with corrupt horse-trading, with democracy long lost for all practical purposes. Dissolving the assembly is the right move, but there is no point in holding fresh elections right now. That would be a wastage of energy, time and money. President's rule in the need of the hour.
