There is no reason why astrology programmes on television should be banned. Such programmes have a sizeable audience. Actually, it has to be left to the viewers to judge for themselves how far, if at all, they are going to believe in the predictions. If people are not willing to make a fool of themselves, no television programme, attractively packaged and strikingly presented, can take their wisdom for a ride.
