Tame The Animal Within

Enforcing a dress code in the university is not the solution to bring a halt to sexual harassment of female students in and out of the campus. Mumbai University Vice-chancellor, Vijay Khole should be able to understand that it ultimately boils down to whether or not men actually restrain themselves before sexually abusing any lady. Women must not be forced to go against their liking only for the sake of curbing the animal instincts of a handful of men. Men should be able to curb their evil desires on their own.
