Open Skies

It is a healthy sign for West Bengal's aviation scenario that a number of foreign airlines are going to bring Kolkata into their list of flight destinations. With these airlines vying for capturing the Kolkata civil aviation market, the flight services are destined to improve significantly, with fares being the most competitive. Cheap air travel will certainly boost the industrialisation of the state, transport being a key infrastructural requirement for any industry to prosper and flourish.
