It is a great news for one and all that the impasse in Jadavpur University, celebrating its golden jubilee this year, is over at long last, with reportedly little grudge against each other left in the University administrators and the students. This solution to the deadlock shows what wonders can be achieved by plain and simple face to face discussion on a troublesome issue.
