The Ayodhya blast goes to show no matter how tight security arrangements are it is only next to impossible to sustain the intensity of the security procedure, and trained terrorists strike hard during such lapses. Though at Ayodhya the culprits could not strike inside the garbha griha, they have managed to deal a severe blow to the Indian administration. Lord Rama and Babur, the great rulers they were, would have found it difficult to deal with such situations. One reason behind the cropping up of such loopholes in the security system may be the lack of people's cooperation when it comes to the matter of sticking to what are commonly denounced as 'security formalities'.
