Wrong Reaction

It is a striking revelation that players guilty of slow over rates can be penalised only monetarily and not banned. That of course, implies that Sourav Ganguly's six-match suspension for Team India's slow over rates is unjustified. Now the obvious question that arises in this connection is that,- how could the cricketing knowledge of International Cricket Council's match referee, Chris Broad be that much narrow? And, is not this a premonition of the ICC losing its credibility in the cricketing fraternity?
