Quench Your Thirst
Apart from the hygiene factor, the other obvious problem that will arise in case lassi is served in trains and railway platforms is that of preparation and storage, since lassi, as yet, is not popular in pre-packaged form. The best thing, of course, is to make provisions for both the usual soft drinks and lassi, and then, may be even fruit juices. That would ensure a fair number of options for the passengers, visitors and railway staff to choose from, especially when lassi is not popular all over the country.
