Lanka Lashing
India's stupendous victory against Sri Lanka in the Delhi Test proved the worth of the old warhorse, Anil Kumble once again. There is no reason why he should be ignored for the one-dayers. He can always be a super-sub. This Test will always be cherished by the Indian cricket lovers for Sachin Tendulkar's record-breaking performance with the bat. Irfan Pathan proved his more than useful batting credentials once again and Sachin Tendulkar must be given the credit of mooting the proposal to promote him the batting order in one-dayers. With the success of both Sourav Ganguly and Yuvraj Singh in the middle order, it will be a tough choice for the Team India think-tank, once Virender Sehwag returns. However, Zaheer Khan should get a look-in ahead of Ajit Agarkar.
