Growing Gujarat

Gujarat is not solely about Narendra Modi and communalism. It has been the breeding ground of Verghese Kurien and Dhirubhai Ambani, among many other greats in various fields. It has produced cricket stars like Ansuman Gaekwad, Kiran More, Nayan Mongia, and now Zaheer Khan, Irfan Pathan and Munaf Patel. It is an industrially vibrant state, with the educational infrastructure picking up every day, thanks to the towering presence of IIM, Ahmedabad, rural management school at Anand, and others. And of course, Mahatma Gandhi is the Father of the nation. Gujarat can only prosper.
