Avian Menace

The pace at which the bird flu virus is spreading is alarming and it is already assuming menacing proportions. Scientists need to develop an effective vaccine to counter the menace immediately. Otherwise, chicken meat and egg may be off the human diet for some times to come, and more significantly, many such birds as well as people in contact with them would perish in no time.
