Theory In Practice
The string theory is a classic example of how theories are often played down in practical matters. However, theories have too often a large number of variables, in the formulator’s bid to make it all-inclusive, resulting in it being loose. The flip side of the coin only shows that if the variables are limited in number, the theory becomes too rigid to have much practical relevance. There has to be some solution to this inherent practical problem of theories.
