The way the celebrities extended their helping hands to those worst affected by the Mumbai floods deserve all the kudos. In fact, it goes to the credit of the Mumbaikars, who rose in unison against all odds to help out their fellow sufferers. However, the city's municipal officials need to see to it that such precarious conditions can be averted, if and when such a calamity takes place.
