Law Biting Dust

The concerned authorities should see to it that the shark carcasses seized from the Sundarbans should in no way reach the market. Human hands are proving to be more lethal than the sharks' jaws. The poachers, especially their employers, if any, should be punished severely so that illegal trade of animals, dead or living, is stopped. Different external and internal security machineries like coast guard, navy, BSF, local police should act in harmony to stop such illegal trades. It is amazing how often laws are broken, especially when it comes to violence against hapless animals.
