Malady Of Mind

Mentally retarded children are a challenge to medical sciences. It is a sad thing that medical sciences have still remained by and large a failure when it comes to the matter of preventing or healing such inborn ailments, which pose fatal threats to nascent lives. The problem is all the more acute in the economically backward countries, where mothers and kids often suffer from malnutrition and where the parents often are not able to bear the expenses of curing a mentally retarded child.
