The news of escape from India of the Swiss 'paedophile' couple, Wilhelm and Lile Marti, in gross violation of a Supreme Court of India order, is shocking. It leaves one and all confused as to how the couple could leave the country when the Mumbai 's Sessions Court claims that it still has their passports in its custody. If such appalling follies continue to plague the country's law and order, such a day is not far to seek when people will jeer at law practitioners and security personnel. Perhaps one should try and acclimatize oneself to such anarchy in an era when lawbreakers manage their way upto the helm of power.
